Return & Refund

a)     Agya Herbals Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.

b)     Agya Herbals Online can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.

c)      Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.

d)     For safety reasons, we are not accepting any returns and cancellations as its prepaid order.

e)     Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.

f)      Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Agya Herbals Team.

g)     Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.

h)     Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.

i)       No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide Store Credit Coupon Code (of the same value) against the same.

j)       Coupons are not valid on discounted products.

k)     You cannot club any 2 coupons on same order.

l)       Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

m)    All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

·      Sold in a physically damaged condition.

·      Has missing parts or accessories
